The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate inquiries about our contract manufacturing services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Services Description

Enova Science is a cGMP-certified nutraceutical supplement contract manufacturer offering custom formulation, private label manufacturing, packaging, and related services. Information presented on the Site, including product descriptions, capabilities, and certifications, is for general informational purposes only.

Actual manufacturing services are governed by separate written agreements between Enova Science and each client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of service terms, pricing, or availability.

3. Quotes and Inquiries

Submitting a quote request or inquiry through the Site does not create a binding agreement. All quotes provided by Enova Science are estimates and are subject to change based on final specifications, formulation requirements, order quantities, and material availability. A binding agreement is formed only upon execution of a written contract or purchase order accepted by both parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and software — is the property of Enova Science or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Any proprietary formulas, product specifications, or business information you share with us through the Site or during the inquiry process will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Formal confidentiality obligations are established through separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) executed prior to the commencement of manufacturing projects.

6. Product and Regulatory Disclaimers

Enova Science manufactures dietary supplements and related products in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). However:

  • Products manufactured by Enova Science are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Statements on this Site regarding ingredients, formulations, or health benefits have not been evaluated by the FDA.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their finished products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including labeling requirements under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA).
  • Certifications referenced on the Site (USDA Organic, cGMP, Kosher, Halal, NSF) are maintained through third-party auditing bodies and are subject to periodic renewal and verification.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enova Science and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to:
